  • Scope: revisions; any work outside of the agreed number of revision rounds, or outside of scope comes at an additional cost
  • Payment: that payment will be due as you have set out on your invoice or your scope of work
  • Termination: That the client may ask you to stop doing work at any time, but that they will need to pay you for work you have done up to that point; an ability for you to stop work at any time
  • Liability: A cap on your financial exposure (known as limitation of liability) under the Agreement (limited to the amount of the fees paid by your client to you, to the extent to which this cap Is allowed by law)
  • Confidential Information: A right to have the confidential information of each party protected from misuse
  • Intellectual Property: the template builds in two options – either you licence your work or you assign it outright. You will need to select which option applies
