These Terms and Conditions set out a number of key terms which will help to clearly set the expectations between you and your clients prior to their big day – be that a wedding, party or other large event.
At Cherrypicka, we understand that your business will usually consult with the client and then prepare a Quote, Scope of Work, or Design Brief for approval before you start work. These Terms are designed to form part of, and be attached to, that Quote, for example, on the back pages. If the client goes ahead with the work after receiving the Terms, then they are taken to have accepted them.
These Terms contain the following key features:
Payment: set clear payment terms to help make sure you get paid;
Responsibilities: clearly outline the responsibilities of the clients including checking the final orders and ensuring that they liaise with all relevant venues to ensure you have appropriate access;
Cancellation: explain your cancellation policy, including any fees that may be charged in the event of cancellation;
Flower selection: provide detailed information on flower selection;
Photos and Marketing: cover the right for you to take photos of the flowers and use them for promotional purposes;
Liability: a section dealing with your liability to the customer
Hire items: explain how long a client can keep any hired items (e.g., vases) and when they must be returned
Any Florist who is hired for weddings or other events
