A full-time employee works a minimum of 38 hours per week. A part-time employee works less. If your employee will work 38 hours per week use the Full-Time Employment Agreement. If your employee will work less than 38 hours per week use the Part-Time Employment Agreement.
The Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) prescribes the National Employment Standards, which are legislative minimum standards applicable to all employees including annual leave, sick leave and notice of termination.
